Beach Day!

Monday, 23 June 2014

Hey guys so I’ve been on my summer break for a week now and this is me second week into it and let’s just say I have done near enough to nothing. I went shopping once with my mum and then the rest of the week I did nothing because all of my friends were still at school finishing their exams and today was their final day so we celebrated. We went down to the beach for the day. We had a laugh and had a bbq. People had come and go and others stayed until the end.

I was down there from 2pm and stayed until 10pm, where I sat around and talked we had roasted marshmallows, and other stuff on the bbq, we talked about random stuff, walked across the beach and we even played hide and seek well my friends did I decided that instead I would go around and do a little photography to clear my head and just relax and unwind.

As it got later more people left and we went down onto the sand where we ran around with the football, threw sand at each other and some went into the sea despite the coldness of the British sea.

It’s been a long day where I’ve laughed and had fun and reconnected with my friends since it’s been a week since I last saw any of them and it’s made me think about all the fun things we’ve done since we met and I’ve realised that this is going to be the last time we’re all going to be in one place at the same time and I’m going to miss all of them, but I’m happy that they’re soon going to be enjoying their lives and following their dreams and just living the adventure of life.

I’ve literally let go today and unwind we had a beach hut where I climbed on the railings of the balcony and I’ve ran around with a football I’ve jumped onto the sand and climbed up the wall, as I took my camera with me here is some of the photos I took from today enjoy!

So this was my day at the beach i told you guys a little of what i did and showed you some of the photos that were took by me and my friends.

The Hoppings!!

Sunday, 22 June 2014

Hey guys, so yesterday I went out to a funfair in Newcastle (uk) and each year on the last week of June this funfair always comes into town and it’s called the hoppings, it’s held in Newcastle at the town Moore and every year for as long as I can remember it’s been there. When I was little I used to go every year until the prices for the rides went up and you had to pay about £5 per a ride. Until yesterday. Yesterday was the first day it was open and my cousin asked me if I’d go with her so I decided why the hell not, I had nothing better to do and I was bored.
(not sure what ride that is but it's a bit like the one i went on just not as intense)

So I grabbed £20 and we got a lift up. It was so fun this funfair had over 300 rides or so I had heard on the radio in the car and I was so excited to go since the last time I went was when I was 8! I’m now almost 16 so it was a good 7 years ago (I hope my maths is right.)Anyway as we walked through the gates and on to the grass I was instantly surrounded by the loud music playing from the rides, the screams, and the smell of the food (mainly the smell of doughnuts, burgers and chips.) it was incredible. At this point I was shaking with excitement and I was ready to jump on the nearest ride possible.

The first ride was incredible we decided first to head for the walzer (one of my all time favourite fun fair rides) and whilst waiting around we sat and took selfies and had the usual laugh and messing around to the music blasting through the ride, making it impossible to hear each other. This ride honestly was so fun, obviously all it is is spinning but because it was so fast it was making it hard for us to keep or heads up making us laugh. Walking off the ride it was a huge mistake going on that first as we could hardly walk straight and with the bumpy ground it had us wobbling all over the place.

We then headed further down trying to shake off the dizziness we encountered at the walzer and in search for a more extreme ride. This didn’t actually work we ended up going on a ride called the crazy mouse. This was just a typical small rollercoaster that went around the track but spun and literally chucked you at each corner you went around. It was pretty mental.

(crazy mouse it's pretty weird but it was really funny and i'm realising a theme with these rides they all involve spinning)

The second last ride I’m going to talk about is this ride called Tagada and this ride was basically the worst but best ride I’ve ever been on as it was funny as it spins around and it bounces (I’m rubbish at description) but you’re not strapped in you just sit on the seats and since there wasn’t many people on there you slid right across the seats and some people even fell off! I also did come off injured as it’s set in a circle there is two entrances/ exits and I was sitting near the edge of the seat, when the ride bounced my hand slipped off what I was holding onto and I slid across the seat and into the metal bars at the end of the seat injuring my shoulder which is now badly bruised and is causing me a bit of pain, but stupid us we went on again and I then got slammed into the same bars again and I hurt my thigh but it was all worth it to hang out with my cousin and have a laugh.

In the end we finished off with one final ride that had me petrified it was called atmosfear. And as the name suggest it was pretty scary, it was a bit like an eagles claw but your facing outwards instead of towards the middle, it still swings but goes upside down and hangs you there for a couple of seconds and after a minute or so on the ride the seats are released and start tilting forward and back, it was terrifying but I didn’t feel any butterflies or uneasy feelings I was pretty much numb with adrenalin and it was incredible.

Yesterday was one of the best nights I’ve had in a while and it was nice to go out with my cousin and talk and have a laugh with her since I don’t get to see her often. Despite the massive bruises all over and the back of my head still sore now I had a great night it was worth spending £15 for 6 rides it wasn’t bad. It made me so excited to be able to go back to the place where I went when I was younger after not going for years and hopefully I’ll get to go again next year as well.

Final Day Of Year 11

Friday, 13 June 2014

So today was my final day of school and year 11, I finished my final exam and said my goodbyes to the people I talk to everyday and just the people I grew up with. Today’s been filled with all sorts of feelings I’ve gone through stages where I just didn’t care and was just wanting to leave, others where I was starting to actually realise what was happening and realised that today was my final day, it was the last time I would see everyone together. This ranged from people I have knew since first school, or who I met in middle school or even people that I’ve only just met over the last four  years.

(photo took by my friend whilst we were getting our shirts signed)

During these last four years I’ve had great memories, bad memories, arguments, fall outs, make ups, met/ talked to new people and watched everyone mature. I would be lying if I said I didn’t cry because I  did. I cried when I had to go my separate way from my friend who I have grown up with since I was four! I have walked to school with her for four years and I’ve had lessons and all sorts with her, we’ve had our ups and downs, but we over came them and I'm upset that I'm not going to see her every day.

( i absolutely love this photo i'm on the left, my friend Elisha is on the right our final walk home)

I also learned that I haven’t talked to everyone in my year, I’m not one hundred percent close with everyone and I usually talk to a small amount of people, but today I actually talked to a lot of people. I got my shirt signed and when I got home I read over all the things wrote and I was upset because I don’t know what’s going to happen to most of these people in the future all I know is they’re going to live their lives and I wish them the best of luck.

(my signed school shirt there was more on the arms and front)

I can’t believe that these last four years have flew over and now that my exams are over I can’t do anything about how my results will turn out, but all I know is these results will determined if I get into college or not and right now that has gone out the window. This is the beginning of my summer, I have been put under stress since April and I’m finally relieved but completely emotionally and physically drained.

Today has been full of reliving memories from over the last few years and full of goodbyes. It’s been crazy and so surreal and right now I feel quite empty and I’m at the point where I feel like ‘what now?’ I don’t know what to do but I know that I have plenty of things planned and this is just the beginning of my journey and if any of you have experienced this then you’ll know the feeling and you’ll know that this is just the beginning…

McBusted!!

Thursday, 22 May 2014

So last night I went to see the one and only McBusted at Metro Arena in Newcastle. I can’t even describe how good it was it was just amazing! Since I was younger about 5 years old I used to love Busted and I grew up listening to Mcfly too so getting to see them live was a childhood dream come true and to add to this it was my first ever concert. It couldn’t have been any better than that.

I was in block 101 sitting, which was so close to the stage, but it was the perfect distance from being between the two stages, it was amazing I went with my best friend Lisa who also has a photography blog. (lfotography.blogspot.co.uk/?m=1) we both went up after school on Wednesday and we headed off to Burger king before heading into the arena.

When we arrived we were too early so we waited around for a long time but just before the concert actually started this young boy got up and started break dancing and he gained a little crowed and people were videoing and taking photos it was cool, but that kid had such courage to get up and dance in front of like what 100+ people.

Harry came on stage shirtless! And when he went off stage at the very end he mooned the cowed, James put a bra on his head, they were talking about boners it was pretty random and they got the crowd to do the bounce where James went ahead and told the crowd that it was Harry’s way of getting us to jiggle our boobs they then went ahead and started saying things like boobcastle instead of Newcastle, then one of them I can’t remember which one but one of them did a slug? As he called it, it was a really funny night and I had so much fun I loved the vibe I loved singing and dancing to the songs it was amazing.

Even the support groups were amazing and the stage was amazing they were all hilarious and the crowd was amazing and I had such a great night, it was so  great to have a break between revising and exams and yesterday during the day I was having a bad day I was jittery and anxious but once I got to the concert I forgot everything it was just so amazing.

I have got photos but they were took on my phone so I apologise for he bad quality but enjoy!
