Beach Day!

Monday, 23 June 2014

Hey guys so I’ve been on my summer break for a week now and this is me second week into it and let’s just say I have done near enough to nothing. I went shopping once with my mum and then the rest of the week I did nothing because all of my friends were still at school finishing their exams and today was their final day so we celebrated. We went down to the beach for the day. We had a laugh and had a bbq. People had come and go and others stayed until the end.

I was down there from 2pm and stayed until 10pm, where I sat around and talked we had roasted marshmallows, and other stuff on the bbq, we talked about random stuff, walked across the beach and we even played hide and seek well my friends did I decided that instead I would go around and do a little photography to clear my head and just relax and unwind.

As it got later more people left and we went down onto the sand where we ran around with the football, threw sand at each other and some went into the sea despite the coldness of the British sea.

It’s been a long day where I’ve laughed and had fun and reconnected with my friends since it’s been a week since I last saw any of them and it’s made me think about all the fun things we’ve done since we met and I’ve realised that this is going to be the last time we’re all going to be in one place at the same time and I’m going to miss all of them, but I’m happy that they’re soon going to be enjoying their lives and following their dreams and just living the adventure of life.

I’ve literally let go today and unwind we had a beach hut where I climbed on the railings of the balcony and I’ve ran around with a football I’ve jumped onto the sand and climbed up the wall, as I took my camera with me here is some of the photos I took from today enjoy!

So this was my day at the beach i told you guys a little of what i did and showed you some of the photos that were took by me and my friends.

Final Day Of Year 11

Friday, 13 June 2014

So today was my final day of school and year 11, I finished my final exam and said my goodbyes to the people I talk to everyday and just the people I grew up with. Today’s been filled with all sorts of feelings I’ve gone through stages where I just didn’t care and was just wanting to leave, others where I was starting to actually realise what was happening and realised that today was my final day, it was the last time I would see everyone together. This ranged from people I have knew since first school, or who I met in middle school or even people that I’ve only just met over the last four  years.

(photo took by my friend whilst we were getting our shirts signed)

During these last four years I’ve had great memories, bad memories, arguments, fall outs, make ups, met/ talked to new people and watched everyone mature. I would be lying if I said I didn’t cry because I  did. I cried when I had to go my separate way from my friend who I have grown up with since I was four! I have walked to school with her for four years and I’ve had lessons and all sorts with her, we’ve had our ups and downs, but we over came them and I'm upset that I'm not going to see her every day.

( i absolutely love this photo i'm on the left, my friend Elisha is on the right our final walk home)

I also learned that I haven’t talked to everyone in my year, I’m not one hundred percent close with everyone and I usually talk to a small amount of people, but today I actually talked to a lot of people. I got my shirt signed and when I got home I read over all the things wrote and I was upset because I don’t know what’s going to happen to most of these people in the future all I know is they’re going to live their lives and I wish them the best of luck.

(my signed school shirt there was more on the arms and front)

I can’t believe that these last four years have flew over and now that my exams are over I can’t do anything about how my results will turn out, but all I know is these results will determined if I get into college or not and right now that has gone out the window. This is the beginning of my summer, I have been put under stress since April and I’m finally relieved but completely emotionally and physically drained.

Today has been full of reliving memories from over the last few years and full of goodbyes. It’s been crazy and so surreal and right now I feel quite empty and I’m at the point where I feel like ‘what now?’ I don’t know what to do but I know that I have plenty of things planned and this is just the beginning of my journey and if any of you have experienced this then you’ll know the feeling and you’ll know that this is just the beginning…

Newcastle Racecourse

Wednesday, 7 May 2014

Hi guys,
so today has been a weird day for me, my school isn't doing study leave so i'm stuck at school all during my exams, but on thursday is my first English Exam and i'm not going to lie i'm extremely nervous for it, but my school decided to do a two day trip to the Race Course in Newcastle (UK) and it was actually really fancy compared to how i expected to be. They had really nice lights like chandelier  type lights. we were only there for English revision but it was a pretty fancy room. Anyways we did the whole revision/ work stuff and we finally got a break. i decided i didn't just want to sit in the function room with my friends so i decided to explore a little. i decided to go out of the room and down to the sitting areas outside where you would sit to watch the race going on (stands) and the view was incredible it may not seem much but with the sun out and the heat it was nice especially since we don't get much nice weather in Britain. I decided to takes some pictures of the course and one was a panoramic photo which went better than expected especially since i couldn't see. i also may or may not have got wrong for sitting on the edge of the wooden ledge and had to go back inside.

(panoramic photo from yesterday) (edited)

since it was only break and i had to go back in for sitting on the ledge.  i only got a few photos but once lunch came i managed to go and do a little bit more exploring and i found this private box, balcony thing which had tables on the balcony and was sheltered and this was higher up and had nicer view and that time i didn't get wrong for doing anything, but i did get locked out on the balcony by some of my classmates.
(Another photo of the racecourse yesterday)

today i got to go back to the course for more revision and today it wasn't as nice it was dull, wet and raining and may i add it was freezing sitting in the stands, so unfortunately i didn't take anymore pictures of the place i only managed to get a few of the race course and that was it.
(Photo from today of the rain over the course)
Even though this trip was for revision it was quite fun, well when we weren't sitting doing work... i had some great fun taking some photos and exploring around the second floor. i mean this place was quite fancy and we even got some free food even though we only had the choice of sandwiches or chips. but it was actually a great two days.
